30-Day Return Guarantee

We offer a hassle-free 30-day return window. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your PC accessories must meet the following criteria:

• The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and free from any signs of wear or damage.
• It must be in the original packaging, including all manuals, cables, and included accessories.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected at our Madinah facility, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
