1. Processing and Preparation Time

  • Upon confirmation of your order, our specialized team begins carefully preparing and packaging your products to protect them during transit.

  • The order processing takes (1 to 2) business days (excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and official holidays).

  • Once your order is handed over to the shipping company, you will receive an immediate email notification containing the tracking number and link, keeping you updated on your shipment's journey until it reaches you.

2. Shipping Options and Estimated Delivery Time. We take pride in offering flexible and reliable shipping options that meet our customers' needs locally and internationally:

  • Local Shipping (within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia): Fast and secure delivery within 2 to 3 business days.

  • International Shipping: Reliable delivery for our customers outside the Kingdom within 7 to 10 business days.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Free Shipping: In appreciation of our customers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we offer fully free shipping for all orders exceeding 399 SAR.

  • For orders below this amount, or for international orders, shipping fees will be calculated automatically and displayed with complete transparency on the checkout (payment) page based on the shipment's weight and your geographical location.

  • The mentioned delivery times are estimated based on shipping company standards and may sometimes be affected by circumstances beyond our control (such as severe weather conditions or peak holiday seasons).
